Matcha glazing, yuzu chantilly cream, yuzu curd, matcha chantilly cream, matcha nama chocolate, matcha ganache, matcha chiffon sponge, fresh cream, eggs, sugar, butter, wheat flour, fish gelatin (gelatin sheets) for outer layer, premium matcha powder, yuzu juice imported from Japan

Storage & Serving Tips

Refrigerate immediately upon receipt (0–4°C) for at least 30 minutes. Do not freeze.

Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy within 20–25 minutes for optimal taste and texture.

Best served chilled.

For clean slices, use a stainless-steel knife. Enjoy every layer to fully savour the experience.

Transportation Tips

Due to temperature sensitivity, cakes should be transported by car only. Always keep the cake on a flat surface, with air conditioning on high, and avoid sun exposure.

For trips longer than one hour, a cooler bag with ice packs is required to maintain freshness.
