At SŌME CAKERY, every cake is handcrafted fresh to order using premium ingredients. As our products are perishable and made specifically for each customer, we take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
As each cake is made exclusively for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect order details provided by the customer, including delivery address, contact information, personalised messages, or selected delivery/pickup date and time.
- Failure to collect a store pickup order.
- The recipient being unavailable during the scheduled delivery window.
Order Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change.
If you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup, please contact us as early as possible.
- We recommend providing at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled delivery or pickup.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to production capacity and delivery availability.
- While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee your preferred new date or time.
- Once production has commenced, changes or rescheduling may no longer be possible.
